Identifying the stakeholders of a project effort is an important step in leading the project activities. We need to understanding how the end result will impact the stakeholders. The stakeholder analysis will also help to identify the best way to communicate the project status in addition to the training needs for the various stakeholders and how we can best prepare the stakeholders for the final delivery of the project.
