Project Management Survey for the Library Community
Objective: To gather information from library staff and volunteers on challenges, issues, and questions relating to project management practices and the application of project standards within the library environment. This survey will help me to gain visibility into the project experiences that unfold in a library setting. I fully understand that all libraries are unique which is why I welcome any and all feedback on your projects including challenges, questions, issues, and concerns.
Overview: The mission of MBI Consulting, LLC is to share practical, and tactical, guidance with individuals, teams, and organizations to help boost the level of consistency, clarity, and efficiency with project efforts. By providing insights into proven project management practices with tools, templates, methods, and approaches, the library community can define their future through the power of project management.
Goal: Using the input from the survey, I will create a reference document that will provide recommendations on how to address the scenarios, concerns and issues submitted. Everyone benefits from the survey - I learn more about how libraries can benefit from project management practices and you will learn from my expertise as well as your colleagues’ various scenarios as well.
