Elevate Survey — MBI Consulting

Objective: To gather information from the Elevate Business Solutions Team on their experiences with the Project Management Foundations course for the purposes of improvements to process, content, and delivery.

Overview: The mission of MBI Consulting, LLC is to share practical, and tactical, guidance to individuals, teams, and organizations to help boost their level of confidence and success with project efforts. By providing insights into proven project management practices with tools, templates, methods, and approaches, the Elevate Team can define their future through the power of project management.

I was able to capture some of the lessons learned during our session this week and welcome any other comments, ideas or suggestions. As you know, I frequently work with the Administrative Community and I would love to hear any ideas that you may have for enhanced project management offerings or other learning experiences from your perspective as an EA.
