Strategy review - Schedule some time with your leadership team to thoroughly review the 2019 strategic goals along with the steps identified to help achieve those objectives. The only topic on this meeting agenda should be the 2019 strategic goal review, lessons learned, and what you plan to replicate, or change, for 2020.
